Minutes

A Meeting was held on 21.02.17.

Present:  G. Willcox (Chairman), T. Hodgson, M. Colman, P. Gurl, A. Creed, Pointcloud Agent L. Wright and parishioner J. Green.

Apologies:  J. Tucker, L. Aldridge, J. Gane, D. Creed, D.Cllr Greenhalgh.

Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

Public Speaking-Time.

L. Wright gave a summary re planning application for Demolition of existing Barn and erection of detached dwelling/Land adjacent to Newtown Farm.

Correspondence - circulated.  No further action.

Planning:

As above:  Proposed, seconded and unanimously Approved, recommend Approval.

Planning decisions, Mendip District Council:

Applications for Approval of Details reserved by conditions 2 (Materials schedule), 3 (Walling sample, 5 (Landscaping scheme).  Yew Cottage/Newtown Lane.

All Approved.

Highways Matters to be reported:

Blocked ditch bottom of Moggs Hole/Sticklynch.
