Minutes

A Meeting was held on 01.06.17.

Present:  G. Willcox (Chairman), L. Aldridge, T. Hodgson, P. Gurl, A. Creed and J. Tucker.

Apologies:  D. Creed, M. Colman, J. Gane and D. Cllr. Greenhalgh.

Minutes of the last Meeting were approved and signed.

Nil Matters arising.

Correspondence:  Circulated:  The War Memorials Trust Bulletin and centenary of WW1 and 2 next year:  The Parish Council feel this should be marked in some way and will discuss further.

Planning:  Proposed extension to side and rear of house to form new conservatory/Coopers Cottage/Laverley.

Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

Highways Matters:  Appalling state of Moggs Hole/Pennard Hill to be reported.

Discussions re a Defibrillator for the Village for siting at the Village Hall to be continued at next meeting.
