Serious safety issues re Access onto an already congested Newtown Lane, compounded by an increase of proposed dwellings, Narrowness of driveway and subsequent bottleneck, which is insubstantial for Emergency and Refuse and Delivery Vehicles, would also be extremely dangerous for pedestrians using it, is OUTSIDE the Development Area and exceeds Mendip District Council's Planning Policy No. DP14.
