Annual Parish Meeting held on 27.04.17.
Present: G. Willcox (Chmn), L. Aldridge, T. Hodgson, P. Gurl, J. Gane, J. Tucker, M. Colman, D.Cllr J. Greenhalgh.

Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting were read, approved and signed.
The Chairman gave a report outlining the parish council's work over the past year; In summary the parish council have debated 21 planning applications to the current date. The War Memorial has been maintained. Highways matters have been reported. Local footpaths have been maintained.
A Poppy Wreath was laid at the War Memorial on Remembrance Sunday
£!,000.00 was given to The Village Hall Management Committee for Upkeep of the Hall and West Pennard Parochial Church Council for Upkeep of the Churchyard.
All information relating to West Pennard Parish Council is displayed on the Village Noticeboard and the parish council website.
The Chairman thanked fellow parish councillors for their support and work over the past year reminding them it should be the parish council's intention to do what is for the good of the village at all times.
Finance: The Accounts were presented for Inspection, approved and signed by Chairman and Clerk, as was the Annual Governance Statement 2016/17.
There being no further business the meeting was closed.
