Minutes

Present:  G. Willcox (Chair), T. Hodgson, M. Colman, J. Tucker (Vice Chair)  and J. Gane.

Apologies:  A and D. Creed, A. Heal and P. Gurl.

There were nil Declarations of Interest.

Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

Matters arising from the last Minutes:-

Clerk reported having received notification from SCC Highways Bradley Way has been repaired and Scottles Lane has been inspected and is not considered unsafe. There have not been any reports back re Page Lane.

Clerk to report again with supporting photos.

Councillors confirmed there are many potholes in Bradley Way which are getting larger, Scottles Lane needs drainage and Page Lane all the way through is in a very bad state.

Sign-Posts.

Having viewed photographs of the two remaining iron posts those present voted in support of their refurbishment with approved quote from Somerset Forge for the sum of £720.00 plus VAT.

Instigation of by Messrs J. Tucker and P. Gurl.

Proposed Yellow Lining - Clerk has not received a reply from SCC so will email again.

Planning:-

1.  Replacement of existing Garage/Middle Green/Bradley Way/Planning Ref 2021/1092/HSE.

Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

2.  Erection of single storey rear extension/Clover Cottage/Woodlands Road to Stockbridge Lane/Planning Ref 2021/1221/HSE.

Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

Overgrown Hedges requiring trimming back so as not to impede footpaths/visibility.

Householders have been approached and the matter resolved.
