As per our Business Continuity motion the following Planning Applications were viewed by all parish councillors with the following observations:-
1. Application for a certificate of lawful existing use of building as a single dwellinghouse (C3)/Manor Farm/Piltown/Planning Ref 2021/0747/CLE - The Parish Council Recommend Approval.
2. Application to vary condition 2 (plans list) of planning approval 2019/2453/FUL. (Proposed erection of replacement dwellinghouse)/Woodlands Farm/Woodlands road/Variation or removal of conditions/Planning Ref 2021/0855/VRC. - The Parish Council Recommend Approval.
Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2020/21.
The Annual Internal report has been signed-off - all other documents to be presented and signed off at Annual meeting on May 24th with presentation of accounts.
