Matters arising:
Bradley Way from Victoria Farm to the next farm and the top of Page Lane through to Redlake remain in a dangerous state, particularly to cyclists.
Clerk to report to Highways.
P. Gurl will give information re work involved to prospective candidate for the twice-yearly footpath clearance from Mulberry to the school through to Inistor in Southtown lane. Pay to be discussed at next meeting.
J. Tucker was thanked for laying the Poppy Wreath at the War Memorial for Remembrance Sunday.

Finance:
It was proposed, seconded and passed the parish council precept for £7,500.
As discussed at our meeting on January 9th 2020 this will encompass refurbishment/replacement of iron signposts.
It was also brought to the parish council's attention the annual cost of Upkeep of the churchyard is £3,100.
Planning:
1. Works to timber-framed outbuilding to include improvement of the stability of the south chimney stack, roof structure and external walls, repairs to first floor structure and windows and timber repairs to the abutting privy/Higher Southtown Farm/Southtown lane/2020/2437/LBC.

Highways Matters:
Yellow lining and proposed 20 MPH speed limit in Newtown lane.
J. Tucker has brought this to the attention of our district/county councillor.
P. Gurl will check on the progress with the proposed survey re the above with P. Early.
Clerk to bring the siting of old buses in the Sticklynch/Laverley layby to the attention of the Enforcement Officer.
Iron Signposts.
A further check on their state will be carried-out and discussed at next meeting and then quotes will be obtained for replacement/refurbishment.
