Planning Applications viewed by all parish councillors and duly posted on parish council website and noticeboard  with the following observations:-

1.  Erection of a single-storey and first floor extension/The Old Orchard/Scottles Lane/Planning Ref 2020/2647/HSE - Recommend Approval.

2.  Change of use of land from agricultural to residential to facilitate new domestic vehicular access/Lilac Cottage/East St/Planning Ref 2020/2650/FUL - Recommend Approval.

3.  First floor extension and bin store to existing bungalow/Bickerton/Church Lane/Planning Ref 2020/2687/HSE - 

Observations - Although the existing plot could be extended to a larger family home there are concerns as to:-

a.  Flat roof - All other properties in Church lane have pitched roofing.

b.  Proposed use of recycled plastic cladding - Would this be appropriate or safe in the light of 'Grenfell', London?

c.  The proposed would look out of place.

4.  Erection of detached outbuilding/Woodlands Farm/Woodlands Road/Planning Ref 2021/0097/HSE - Recommend Approval.

1.  Tree Preservation Order confirmed 15.01.2021  West Pennard No 3 (2020) Mulberry Farm, 1, Scottles Lane (M1381)

2.  Extension to glasshouse and installation of rain water collection tank/The Homestead (Planning 15.06.2017 Planning Ref 2017/1691/FUL) - Approved - signed and dated 14.01.2021.

3.  Rebuild collapsed south west corner of barn using original stones and matching lime putty mortar using internal concealed stainless steel tiles to existing masonry.  Re-roof with existing tiles/Higher Southtown Farm/Southtown Lane/Planning Ref 2020/1217/LBC - Approved.

4.  Engineering operation to create wildlife pond/Laverley House/Planning Ref 2020/2348/FUL - Approved.
