Somerset Unitary Team meeting September 27th Wells Town Hall will be attended by Clerk and M. Colman.

Finance:  One cheque drawn for £206.98 - Somerset Association of Local Councils, Affiliation Fee.

Bank statement balance at 10.08.22 £9,660.22.

1.  Change of Use and conversion of existing barn (agricultural) to commercial kitchen/event space (class E)/Pennard Hill Farm/Stickleball Lane /Planning Ref 2022/1060/FUL - Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

2.  Installation of 3 rooflights to existing barn/Manor Farm/Kennard Moor Drove/Coxbridge/Planning Ref 2022/1812/LBC - Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.
