Chair addressed the meeting to inform them of the very sad passing of former parish councillor T. Hodgson.
There followed a three minute silence and reflection on the parish council's fondness and respect for Tony in his 19 years of unfailing service to West Pennard Parish Council which will also be conveyed to his wife Ann and family.
Declarations of Interest - Nil.
Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.
Public-speaking time:-
D. Ewing gave thanks for the parish council's donation to the Jubilee Fund which were put towards the entertainment and food for 200 hundred people, hiring of vehicles to transport residents from the Cyder Barn, a special wooden seat which will have a plaque commemorating the jubilee and feature the parish council as one of it's beneficiaries, and a Reflection Garden where the seat will be placed. Notice of a 'Secret Gardens' Day on Sunday 24th July 2.00pm to 5.00pm followed by cream teas in the Village Hall. Cost £5.00 per family including map and description of the gardens from the Hall on the day.
Matters arising from the Minutes - Bradley Lane's deterioration has been reported to SCC Highways.
Co-option of A. Creed - Proposed by M. Colman, seconded by J. Gane and passed. A. Creed signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office Book and received the Register of Interest Forms to be completed.

Finance: The accounts were presented for inspection showing a balance of £12,260.22.
Clerk's Wages and Expenses.
Proposed by A. Creed, seconded by M. Colman and passed the Clerk receive £2,500.00.
A cheque was drawn accordingly.
Planning:-
1. Application to vary condition 2 (drawings) of planning approval 2020/2687/HSE (first floor extension and bin store to existing bungalow) to drawings 1463-04 rev B and 1463-05 rev B/Bickerton/Church Lane/Variation or removal of conditions/2022/1150/VRC.
It was proposed by D. Creed, seconded by J. Gane and passed Recommend the decision be left to the Planning Officer following consultation responses.
2. Erection of Yard Cover Building/Pennard Farm/Woodlands Road to Stockbridge Lane/Planning Ref 2022/1099/FUL.

Highways Matters:-
Request for signage 'Unsuitable for Motor Vehicles' to be sited at Castle Hill.
It was suggested one be situated outside Walnut Cottage by the triangular Grass Junction.
Clerk to report to SCC Highways.
The Glastonbury Festival 2022.
Concerns cars were parked through Bradley Way - to be referred at next Festival that Clearway signage is in place.
Also noted: A travellers' Bus parking in Newtown Lane.
Refurbishment of Village Metal Signposts - A. Creed to chase up.
