Public Speaking-time:
Concerns raised by the number of non-residents parking at The Groves, Newtown Lane causing access problems.
It should be noted this is a private road but it was felt if a polite note was made via West Pennard Parish Council this could stop without further ado.

Please note Road Closure, Church Lane from October 24th to 26th - replace Fire Hydrant.
Finance:

Replace 6 UPVC Windows on rear elevation with timber framed windows and reduce opening size of 1 rear window/6, Mulberry Farm/Scottles Lane/Planning Ref 2022/1875/HSE and Planning Ref 2022/1876/LBC.
Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.
3. Proposed Installation of 40 photovoltaic panels to roofs of curtilage listed Barns/Manor Farm/Kennard Moor Drove/Planning Ref 2022/1830/HSE.

4. Change of Use of existing agricultural Barn to residential dwelling/Barn at Pennard Hill Farm/Stickleball Lane to Pennard Hill Farm/Planning Ref 2022/1720/FUL.

Highways Matters:
Query as to requesting kerbing at far end of Newtown Lane to prevent any erosion of residents' boundaries.
After discussion this was felt not to be an option as it would decrease the width of the lane.
Any suggestion residents should park off road is not an option and has been shown to decrease speed at optimum times such as start and end of school.
