Minutes of Meeting 15.12.22.

Present:  G. Willcox (Chair), M. Colman (Vice Chair), M. Heal, D. Creed, J. Gane, and A. Creed.

Nil Disclosures of Interest.

Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

Matters arising.

Following the last meeting and publication of Minutes the number of parked vehicles in Newtown Lane near the junction and in the private road has decreased.

Concerns expressed re the number of parked cars in Church Lane not related to school/church traffic causing problems for visitors.

Correspondence file circulated.

Finance.

1.  Cheque drawn for £1,700.00, West Pennard Parochial Church Council, Upkeep of the Churchyard. as proposed, seconded and passed.

2.  Cheque drawn for £750.00, West Pennard Village Hall Management Committee, Upkeep and Use of the Hall, as proposed, seconded and passed.

Precept 2022/23.

Proposed, seconded and passed precept for £7,000.00.  No increase from last year.

Planning.

Loft conversion and erection of single-storey side extension, single-storey orangery to rear and ancillary annexe.  Following demolition of existing garage and south-east wing/The Grange/Newtown Lane/Planning Ref 2022/2404/HSE.

It was proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

As per publicised Notice of Meeting this will be held over to 04.01.23 for any further observations.

There being no further business the meeting was closed.
