Present:  G. Willcox (Chairman), T. Hodgson, D. Creed, A. Creed, L. Aldridge, M. Colman, J. Gane, P, Gurl, J. Tucker (Vice Chairman) and one parishioner.

Election Of Chair- It was proposed, seconded and passed re-elect G. Willcox.

Election of Vice-Chair - It was proposed, seconded and passed re-elect J. Tucker.

All signed Declarations of Acceptance of Office and received Register of Members Interests Forms.

Minutes of the last Annual Parish Council Meeting were approved and signed.

There being no further business the Annual Parish Council Meeting was closed.
