Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

Nil Matters arising and Declarations of Interest.

Correspondence circulated and discussed.

In the light of the current Coronavirus situation a Business Continuity Motion was passed.

Finance: Audit 2020.

The Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2019/20 was duly discussed and signed - complete.

 

Planning:-

Planning decisions, Mendip District Council:-

1.  Erection of 1 rear single-storey extension and 1 rear 2-storey extension with associated works/Hope House/Southtown lane - Approved with conditions.

2.  Erection of rear extension and front porch extension/2, Pullins Orchard/Church lane - Approved with conditions.

3.  Erection of agricultural building for dairy cattle/Woodlands Arch/Woodlands - Approved with conditions.

4.  Erection of agricultural building/New Buildings Farm/Sticklynch - Approved with conditions.

Planning Applications:-

1.  Application for a certificate of lawful existing development for toilet facilities building ancillary to Caravan and Camping Site/Ashcombe Farm/Stockbridge lane to Steanbow.
