Request for 20mph Speed limit through Newtown to school and bottom of Southtown Lane.

S.C.C. confirm advisory 20MPH solar signs  will be installed in the vicinity of the school by the end of March/beginning of April.

Finance:  Bank Balance as per latest statement issued 25.11.2021 - £6,069.89.

Planning.

1.  Lawful Development Certificate for material commencement of development has commenced in compliance with Condition 1 of Planning Permission 2018/2735/FUL/Plot West of Lippiatts/Newtown Lane/Certificate of use Existing/Planning Ref 2021/2609/CLE - Proposed, seconded and Passed Recommend Approval.

2.  Proposed internal and external refurbishment of dwelling, Erection of single storey glazed rear extension, replacing of uPVC windows, reinstatement of former outbuilding, retrospective demolition of modern farm buildings and installation of outdoor swimming pool/Manor Farm/Kennard Moor Drove/Coxbridge/Householder and Listed Building Consent/Planning Refs 2021/2870/HSE and 2021/2871/LBC,

Road reported after last meeting:-  Planning Ref 596135 - Bradley Way has not been repaired - matter of urgency.
