Notice of Proposed diversion of Public Footpath WS14-47.  Woodlands Farm/Woodlands Road.

An Application has been received by Somerset Council to divert the above footpath and wish to consult on the proposal.  The diversion would move the path so that it runs further from the house.  It would run through a paddock instead of up the drive, increasing privacy and allowing the home owners to install a gate.

The existing route is 84m  while the proposed is 81m.

The diversion would move part of footpath WS 14-47 which would run on grass then hardcore, the width being 2m.  There would be a pedestrian gate.

Representations are invited from anyone who wishes to comment on the proposal, to be received in writing by May 26th 2023.  Please contact:
