Planning decisions, MDC:

1.  Demolish and remove animal shelter and replace with cabin/chalet for hol. let/Pennard Hill Farm.  Approved.

2.  Reserved Matters.  Residential development of 5 dwellings following outline approval/Yew Cottage/Newtown lane.  Refused.

 

Planning:

1.  Replace cement render with lime render/6, Mulberry Farm/Scottles lane.  Listed Building Consent.

Recommend Approval.

2.  Conversion of as-built approved detached garage and store/home office over (2015/0670) into proposed annexe/Clover Cottage/Woodlands road to Stockbridge lane. Recommend Approval with the provisio the proposed is linked to the house.

3. Proposed mobile home on garden for holiday weekly lets for 6 months of the year/Griffins House/Stickleball lane.  Recommend Refusal:

1.  Would be permanently sited.

2.  Would be difficult to screen-off.

3.  Parking - i.e. multiple vehicles, no passing-place in Stickleball lane and close to junction.

 

Highways Matters to be reported:

1.  Potholes Page lane.

2.  Hollow lane (above Southtown lane), Windmill Hill and Down lane in a very bad state.

3.  Large pothole has reappeared outside 'Welcome', Newtown lane.

4.  Dropped drain outside The Red Lion Inn.

5.  Filled-in gulley outside Concorde/Southtown lane.
