It was unanimously decided to co-opt him at the next meeting.

Balance to date £7,340.22.
Quote received from Somerset Forge Ltd for refurbishment of two finger posts, £1,140 plus VAT was unanimously agreed. A. Creed will confirm their location.
Planning.
Proposed mixed use comprising 1 continuing agricultural use 2 continuation of annual festival on a permanent basis 3 continuation of the annual Pilton Party 4 camping event to take place during fallow festival years 5 permanent regularisation of pyramid structure and festival storage building and 6 provision of areas to accommodate the temporary festival workforce/Land at Worthy Farm/Worthy Lane/Pilton/Planning Ref 2022/2458/FUL.
It was proposed, seconded and passed recommend Approval with the provisio Clearway signs are erected in Bradley Way and free Festival Tickets are issued to West Pennard. It has been noted villages further away receive free tickets. West Pennard is much closer and is much more impacted by the festival.
Highways Matters.
Residents of The Groves continue to have problems with non-residents using their private road causing bottle-necks.
Concerns raised re siting of vehicles, railway carriage, track and new wooden building in close proximity to the A361 regarding safety and planning permission. This will be brought to the attention of Mendip District Council.
