Operations Director is M. Benn and new Head of Security A. Buttle (former ACC of West Yorkshire Police).

Traffic Plans remain the same.

A Licence for the Event has been granted for 210,000. N.B. This will include Staff.

All necessary Covid measures will be in place in line with rules at the time.

On the West Pennard side Stickleball Lane will have fields of pre-erected tents (run by the Festival) and cars.

Parishoners present expressed their concerns re increasing numbers of Camping facilities.

The Parish Council explained it can only answer incoming Planning Applications and welcomes all parishoners with any views or concerns to meetings as displayed on the Village Noticeboard at the Village Hall and on the parish council website.

J. Tucker confirmed CCllr N. H.Cooper will forward the parish council's request for a zebra crossing at the Village Hall.

Finance:

As per address re Jubilee Celebrations at last meeting  it was proposed, seconded and passed the Parish Council donate £500.00 to the Jubilee Committee.

Planning:-

1.  Erection of Garage and Utility Room extension, resurfacing of drive and create turning space on existing grassed area and erection of fence/Welcome/Newtown Lane/Planning Ref 2022/0318/HSE - Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

2.  Erection of single storey extension to north and south elevations and two storey extension to east elevation and relocation of access thereto/Mid Elms/Stickleball Lane/Sticklynch/Planning Ref 2022/0348/HSE - Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Refusal on the grounds that it's design and appearance has an impact on public visual amenity and the layout and density of the buildings proposed.

3.  Application to vary condition 3 (holiday accommodation) of planning approval 2012/1683 to remove the requirement for the property to be occupied only for purposes of holiday accommodation and not to be let to the same person(s) for more than 28 days in any calendar year/Land at 356249 139298 Stockbridge Lane to Steanbow/Planning Ref 2022/0255/VRC - Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.
