Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed. 

Matters arising:  P. Gurl to report on progress with refurbishments of old signposts at December meeting.

Correspondence - circulated.

Finance:

Bank Statement - Balance stands at £6,329.89.

Two cheques drawn:-

1.  Royal British Legion, Poppy Wreath. £25.00.

2. Murfdog - Cost of Annual web-hosting, support and domain registration and firewall security plus additions to website - £235.00.

Planning:-

Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved except for access for the Erection of 4 bedroom dwelling house/Land at 354940 138061 Newtown Lane/Planning Ref 2021/2070/OTS.

Proposed, seconded and passed Refusal for the following reasons:-

1.  It is on inappropriate agricultural land.

2.  Proposed entrance on a bend opposite the junctions of Church Lane (two entrances and exits) and Southtown Lane then the entrance to The Elms servicing several properties deeming it dangerous.

3.  The large traffic flow twice daily both ways to the Village school at the top of Church Lane adds to the danger of another exit onto Newtown Lane.
