Nil Matters arising.

Correspondence  circulated. 

Letter J. Radford re Planning to create a dwellinghouse/Coxbridge House.

The Parish Council have not had notification from MDC.

This is an 'agricultural' application under the 'General Permitted Development Order 2015' which Mr Radford feels does not address concerns fairly under 'normal' planning procedure. 

J. Tucker requested a copy and will report at the next meeting.

Clerk submitted quotes. L. Aldridge to approach creator of previous village website and report at the next meeting.

Finance.

Clerk reported the satisfactory conclusion of the Audit (no fee) duly recorded on the village noticeboard.

Planning.

Planning passed:-

Erection 3-bed 2-storey dwelling and single garage/By-the-Way.

 

Planning application for variation of condition 2 (drawing nos) following granting of permission/Rose Cottage/Southtown lane.

D.  Creed declared an interest.

It was proposed, seconded and passed recommend Approval.

Highways Matters to be reported:

  1. Large potholes/Southtown lane beginning at Rose Cottage site then one further-up.
  2. Large pothole outside bungalows, beginning of Newtown lane

Co-opting of parish councillor. 

It was proposed by J. Gane, seconded by J. Tucker and passed Mr. A.Creed be co-opted.  Mr. Creed to be invited to the next meeting and will duly fill-out the necessary documentation.
