There were Nil Declarations of Interest.

Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

Matters arising from the last minutes.

Faulty 20MPH School Sign has been inspected and will be repaired.

Matters reported to Enforcement are ongoing.

Collapsed drain in Southtown Lane has been reported.

Correspondence - circulated and to be further discussed at next meeting.

Finance:  Cheque drawn for £427.13, Clear Councils, Insurance.

Other Matters.

War Memorial:  It has been reported there are cracks on the lower levels.

Enquiries to be made as to repairs and reported at next meeting.

Highways.

Landslip involving a tree just above Southtown Cottage in  Hollow Lane to be reported.

Next meeting 8th July 2024.

REMINDER THAT VILLAGE PASSES MAY BE OBTAINED FROM WEST PENNARD SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY 19th JUNE FROM 6PM TO 7.30PM.
